Spinach Onion, Mushroom, and Bell Pepper Egg White Omelet

Ingredients

1/2 cup. pieces or slices Mushrooms (35 grams)

1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions (27 grams)

1/8 Orange Bell (12.5 grams)

1/4 cup Spinach (7,5 grams)

1 cup Egg White (243 grams)


Directions

1. Cut mushroom, onion, red and shred spinach,

2. Heat pan Over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray and add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.

3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, bout 3 minutes

4. Add egg Whites and until set, Serve hot and enjoy
